Registration and admission system

Admission Information

The school follows a co-educational system. Registration forms and the school prospectus will be available from 4th January on all working days between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM from the school campus and other designated locations.

Exchange of original registration forms is strictly prohibited. Admission will be granted only after qualifying in the written entrance examination.

Certificates Required to Be Attached with the Admission Form

  • Two recent colored passport-size photographs of the student.
  • Photocopy of the previous class report card.
  • Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
  • Aadhaar Card of the student.
  • Birth Certificate of the student.
  • Joint photograph and Aadhaar Cards of the parents (Father & Mother).

Fee Rules

  • School fees must be deposited at the school office. Online transfer of fees is also accepted.
  • The prescribed date for fee submission is from the 1st to the 20th of every month.
  • A concession of 50% is applicable on the admission fee for girl students.
  • A concession of 5% will be granted if the entire annual fee is paid in one installment either at the time of admission or in the month of April.
  • If three siblings (brothers/sisters) are studying in the school under the same parents, a 50% concession in the monthly tuition fee will be applicable for the youngest child.
  • In case of late fee submission, a late fine will be charged as follows: ₹50 for the first month, ₹100 for the second month, and ₹200 for the third month.
  • The last date for fee submission will be the last working day of the month.
  • If fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months, the student’s name will be struck off from the school rolls. Re-admission will require a re-admission fee of ₹500.
  • Fee concession is generally not applicable; however, concessions may be considered for economically weaker and meritorious students (scoring more than 75%). Such students may apply only after completing one academic year in the school.
  • If a student leaves the school after admission, the full annual fee must be paid. Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
  • An absence without prior written application will attract a fine of ₹10 per day.
  • Fees can be paid in cash, online bank transfer, or via UPI/QR Code. A fee receipt will be issued upon submission of the UTR number along with a screenshot.
  • Fees for the months of December & January will be charged together in December, and fees for February & March will be charged together in February.
