Admission Procedure

Eligibility and Rules for Admission

  • The previous education of the candidate must be from a recognized school.
  • Admission will be granted strictly on the basis of an Entrance Examination and Interview.
  • Candidates whose result of the previous class is awaited may appear in the entrance exam; however, admission will be automatically cancelled if the candidate fails in the previous examination.
  • For admission to Nursery, the minimum age of the child should be three (3) years.
  • The presence of the candidate along with both parents is mandatory at the time of admission.
  • Admission will be based on the Entrance Exam Merit List and on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration alone does not guarantee admission.
  • At the time of registration, the marksheet of the previously passed class or a certificate of class and date of birth issued by the Head of the Institution is mandatory.

Entrance Examination

  • The duration of the entrance examination will be 90 minutes.
  • The examination pattern will be as per the prescribed model paper.
  • All answers must be written in the question paper/answer sheet as per the given instructions.
  • The medium of the question paper will be Hindi and English.
  • The structure of the entrance examination will be as defined by the school.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • For Nursery applicants: Original Birth Certificate duly certified by Nagar Panchayat / Municipality / Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat or any competent authority.
  • For admission to LKG to 9th & 11th classes: Transfer Certificate (T.C.) duly certified by the Principal of the previous school is mandatory.
  • Marksheet of the previously passed class.
  • Candidates coming from outside the district must submit a Countersigned Transfer Certificate duly attested by the competent authority.

Admission Can Be Cancelled on the Following Grounds

  • Incomplete application form.
  • Non-payment of fees on the due or declared date.
  • Non-submission of required documents or submission of false information/documents.
